KABUL (The Killid) – A Coalition forces vehicle was hit by an explosive device in Kabul Wednesday morning, which the Taliban claimed to have targeted United States forces in Deh Sabz of Afghan capital.
Ferdows Faramarz, Spokesman for the Kabul police, told The Killid, “around 8:30 am today (Wednesday) morning, a roadside mine went off at Tangi Tara Khail district of Deh Sabz.”
According to Faramarz, the explosion came at a time a convoy of the foreign troops were passing the area.
He did not provide details on causalities, but said will release updates.
Meanwhile, the Taliban claimed blast was an attempted suicide attack, which targeted American troops in the area, adding all forces on board were killed during the blast wrecked at least two of their vehicles.
