BAGHLAN (The Killid) – At least seven members of a family killed during an airstrike by Afghan forces in Dand Shahabuddin area of Baghlan province, provincial press office said in a statement.
According to the statement, around 1pm Monday, seven members of a family killed during an airstrike by Afghan forces against a residence named Esmael at Kateb Khail viallage – the house is completely wrecked.
Cause for the strike is unclear; but officials are ordered to probe the case.
The operation was carried in the area against the insurgents, where they suffered great loss, the statement read.
