Mazar-e-Sharif (The Killid) – A Key Taliban commander Mullah Motawakal, including six of his members, were blown up in a mine explosion they were planting at Uruzgan of Charbolak district in Northern Province.
Adel Shah Adel, Spokesman for the local police, told The Killid, “yesterday afternoon (Saturday) Mullah Tawakal, with his members, tent to pave mine on Afghan security forces’ way; while setting the mine, the mine blew and killed themselves.”
According to authorities, among the victims are Mateullah, who played vital role in several attacks against the government, as well as bullying innocent people in the city.
Taliban so far did not comment on the incident.
