HERAT (The Killid) – At least four Taliban insurgents, including one of their key commander, killed during an airstrike carried by Afghan security forces in Zer Koh district of the Western province.
Jelani Farhad, Spokesman for the Provincial Governor, told The Killid, “the Taliban commander name is Mullah Hijrat, and had role in various terrorist attack, kidnapping, and other organized crimes.”
Meanwhile, local officials expressed optimism, saying Shindan district will have better security after the Taliban key commander killed.
