Kakar Appointed as Head of Presidential Office     

KABUL (The Killid) – Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani appointed Faizullah Kakar as Head of the Presidential Office.

“According to clause 13, article 64 of the Constitution, the appointment of Faizullah Kakar as the Head of the Presidential Office of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is issued.”

Fayzullah Kakar is born in Faryab Province and has completed his education in medicine.

Kaker has previously served as Advisor to the President and Deputy Minister of Public Health. He was also proposed by the President as the Minister of the Counter Narcotics Department at the beginning of the National Unity government; but was not approved by Parliament.
