HERAT (The Killid) – A group of 10 Afghan cyclists – who took a journey of biking from Herat province in west Afghanistan to Turkey via Lapis Lazuli Route – returned home Thursday, sending message of peace and prosperity to countries along the way.

Afghan Cyclists Return Home after Two Months
Afghan cyclists – who took a journey of biking from Herat province in west Afghanistan to Turkey via Lapis Lazuli Route – returned home Thursday, June 27, sending message of peace and prosperity to countries along the way.

HERAT (The Killid) – A group of 10 Afghan cyclists – who took a journey of biking from Herat province in west Afghanistan to Turkey via Lapis Lazuli Route – returned home Thursday, sending message of peace and prosperity to countries along the way.

The young cyclists crossed 4,147kms from Afghanistan passing by Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia to Turkey, making it a two-month journey on bike.

Their journey started on April 22, carrying message of peace and prosperity to the Lapis Lazuli member countries.
