Taliban Warn Media of Ads against the Group  

KABUL (The Killid) – The Taliban has warned media to stop advertising against the group, Taliban said in a statement on Monday.

In a statement issued by the Taliban’s Military Affairs Commission, the group set a one-week deadline for all TVs, radios, broadcasting agencies and other media outlets to prevent any report that is being broadcast by the government against the group in a form of advertisement.

According to the statement, Taliban warn all news agency to stop publicizing such a report, or else their employees will be targeted.

So far neither the government nor any of the news agency reacted to the threat.
