GHAZNI (The Killid) – At least nine Taliban insurgents, including their key commander, killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in southeastern province of Ghazni, local press office said in a statement.
According to the statement, afghan security forces carried airstrikes since Monday in Andar district of the province.
First airstrike took place at Sulaimanzay district against Taliban hideouts, which claimed at least six of their group members, the statement read.
The second attack followed by at Ali Jan district of Andar province, which left three of insurgents dead, including their key commander.
Taliban so far did not comment on the incident.
