FARAH (The Killid) – At least four security forces are killed and further five captivated by the Taliban insurgents during clashes in Farah, local authorities said.
Shah Mahmoud Naemi, Deputy to Provincial Council, said to The Killid, “Taliban last night (Sunday) attacked security post Pul Regi in northeast of Farah province, due to which security force bore heavy loss.”
He further said the Taliban also suffer heavy loss; but did not provide further details on the number.
Local officials refrain to give details on casualties.
Taliban so far did not comment on the incident.
