KABUL (The Killid) – As Ramadan month is drawing an end, inspiring residents for the upcoming national holiday, residents in the Afghan capital witness another blast in just days ahead of Eid-al-Fitr.
Nasrat Rahimi, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior Affairs, said the bomb blew up in Dar-ul-Aman road of PD7 in Kabul.
According to Rahimi, blast – which is of a magnetic device – apparently targeted employees of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission.
At least four employees reported dead and further nine injured, who were later then landed in hospital.
Sources said the IED had been embedded to bicycle before it went off as it approached the government employee bus.
