Ghazni (The Killid) – Provincial director of agriculture – in cooperation with National Horticulture and Livestock Project – has facilitated local farmers with thousands of plants, local authorities said in a statement.

Arif Noori, Spokesperson for the Provincial Governor, said to The Killid that local directorate of agriculture has provided sorted plants for farmers to contribute on the greenery look of the country, adding “some 1500 acres of land will be covered” through the project.

The initiatives, which is paved after a profound consultation with agriculture experts, comes in a bid to gain much more than just having a view of the dry land in the province, according to the official.

The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is a landlocked country located in South-Central Asia, bearing a long-fought battle for peace and greenery.
