Faryab (The Killid) – At least five members of the armed opposition groups are killed in two separate operations carried by afghan security forces in Sherin Tagab and Qesar districts in northwest of the country.
Karim Yourish, provincial spokesperson for police said to the Killed, “An armed insurgents tagged in a women attire tent to murder head of local police directorate in a suicidal attack, but has been taken down by security forces before he succeeded.”
According to Yuorish, the target has suffer injuries inflicted by the attack, including one of his security guards.
Meanwhile, Special Forces of the 209th Shaheen Corps of Afghanistan killed four members of the armed oppositions groups during operation at Qesar district.
Mohammad Hanif Razae, spokesperson for the 209th Shaheen Corps, said to the Killed, “At least one of insurgents’ hideouts has been wrecked in this special operations.”
Taliban so far did not comment on the incident.
