Pakistan/India – At least eight security forces, including six further civilians, have been killed during clashes between India and Pakistan forces at disputed Kashmir.
War between the two nuclear-armed countries claimed one resident at Indian-administered Kashmir and three other civilians at Pakistan-administered territory.
Pakistani PR officials cited yesterday that two of their forces were killed following attacks of Indian forces at Nekyal area.
According to Pakistan security officials, the country’s ground and naval forces are on standby due to ongoing security issues and possible threats.
It comes after tensions between Islamabad and New Delhi escalated following February 14 attacks that hit Indian Convoy killing at least 40 forces in Indian-controlled Kashmir.
