Trump Stresses to Reduce his Troops in Afghanistan

U.S. President Donald Trump in his second State of the Union (SOTU) Address stressed on reducing his troops in Afghanistan and Syria. Says “great nations do not fight endless wars”.
Trump says his administration is holding developing talks focusing counter-terrorism in Afghanistan and Middle East region. Says he does not know if they reach to an agreement, but they do try to reach peace.
President Tramp also noted if negotiation between America and Taliban progressed, the United States will be able to reduce its troop’s presence and focus more on counter-terrorism.
The State of the Union was scheduled a week ago, but due to some controversies with the Democrats over the construction of the Mexican border wall and a 35-day lapse of the government, the SOTU was delayed for a week.
