A young woman ended her life by eating a drug in Herat today.
Mohammad Rafiq Sherzai, spokesman for Herat Zonal Hospital, said that the 27-year old woman was brought to hospital but doctors could not save her life.
The motive behind her suicidal is yet to be determined.
Figures provided by Herat Zonal Hospital shows that four suicide incidents were registered in the hospital since the start of new solar year.
