Sarhadi Zowak, spokesman for Laghman governor, said that nine people were either killed or injured in a traffic accident on Kabul-Jalalabad Highway.
He added that the incident happened in Zangorai area of Qarghaee district yesterday around noon.
He further stated that a Toyota Hilux collided with another vehicle in which three people were killed and six injured.
Over-speeding, non-compliance with traffic rules, and road damage are the main cases of such incidents.
