Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoI) said that 13 Taliban insurgents were arrested in a special operation conducted by Special Unit of Afghan police in Ghazni province. A MoI press release stated that Special Unit of Afghan police targeted Taliban hideouts in Spena Ghondai and Tankai area of Nawa district last night. The statement added that five Taliban insurgents were killed and 13 arrested. The statement further stated that two security members were injured and there were no civilian casualties. Taliban militants are yet to comment.
