Security officials in Ghoor said that 17 Taliban insurgents were either killed or injured in an Afghan security forces air operation last night. Iqbal Nizame, spokesman for Ghoor police, told Killid that 10 Taliban insurgents were killed and seven injured in Ghalamgen area. Afghan security forces have launched military operations in Ghalamgen over the past seven days. Taliban militants are yet to comment.
