15 Daesh, 7 Taliban Insurgents Killed in Nangarhar Airstrikes

Local officials in Nangarhar said that 22 Daesh and Taliban militants were killed in airstrikes in Nazyani and Lalpor districts. Ataullah Khogyani, spokesman for Nangarhar governor, told Killid that seven Taliban insurgents were killed in airstrikes conducted by Afghan security forces in parts of Lalpor district last night. He added that 15 Daesh militants were killed in a drone strike in Spenai area of Nazyani district. Daesh and Taliban are yet to comment on the strikes.
