Former President Hamid Karzai yesterday met with Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah and discussed current situation, regional issues, and new US strategy for Afghanistan. Abdullah Abdullah recently praised Hamid Karzai for his achievements during his presidency in Kandahar province. Abdullah Abdulah in his Kandahar speech said that Karzai came to power at a time Afghanistan had nothing but now has significant achievements in different sectors. This is the first time that Abdullah has praised Karzai since the formation of National Unity Government (NGU).
