At least four children were killed and 34 others including women were injured in a traffic accident in Pachiragam district of Nangarhar. A press release from Nangarhar governor’s office stated that the incident happened late yesterday in Kong area of the district. The statement added that all the passengers on board were civilians who were on their way to an engagement party. The statement further stated that the cause of the incident is over-speeding. The injured were all transferred to Pachiragam and Jalalabad, provincial capital, hospitals.
