Ataullah Khogyani, spokesman for Nangarhar governor, said that seven Afghan travelers were injured in two blasts close to the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan. He added that the Afghan-Pak border crossing at Torkham has also been closed following the blasts. Najib Kamawal, Nangarhar health director, said that seven injured were transferred to the hospital, four of whom were discharged after receiving medical assistance. Meanwhile Pakistani media reported that five Pakistani border police were also injured in the blasts.
