Afghan Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani arrived in New Delhi, capital of India, yesterday and will hold talks with his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. At the India-Afghanistan Strategic Partnership Council meeting, the two sides are likely to review the entire gamut of relations, including the Indian humanitarian assistance to the embattled nation. Shekib Mostaghni, spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that meeting is held annually to enhance and explore all avenues under the aegis of the India-Afghanistan Partnership Council and to further strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
