NSC Praises Afghan Security Forces

National Security Council (NCS) praised achievements of Afghan National Defence and Security Forces (ANDSF). A press release from ARG (Presidential Palace) stated that President Ashraf Ghani reviewed security situation of Jawzjan, Faryab, Sar-e-Pul, Nangarhar, Laghman, Zabul, Uruzgan, Kandahar, and Helmand provinces in a security meeting held in ARG late yesterday. The statement added that NSC praised sacrifices and performance of security forces. The statement further noted that cooperation among security agencies have also improved.
