Local officials in Uruzgan said that four civilians and three policemen were injured yesterday when a bomb-rigged motorcycle was remotely detonated in Trinkot, provincial capital. Mirwais, chief of area police station, said that the blast took place in the limits of the first police district near a police vehicle. He added that the police vehicle was also damaged in the blast. Meanwhile officials at the civil hospital confirmed receiving eight injured people at the hospital. No group has claimed responsibility.
