A relatively strong explosion rocked Bene Sar area of PD 8th Kabul city around 12:00 pm today. Preliminary reports suggest that the incident took place near a police checkpoint in the area. One person was reportedly killed and three injured. Security officials have not commented on the incident yet. More to come….
