Ghor Counter Narcotics Director Killed

Brigadier Nooruddin Sharifi, Ghor counter narcotics director, was shot dead by unknown gunmen yesterday evening. Iqbal Nezame, spokesman for Ghor police, told Killid that he was shot dead when he was on his way home in Firoz Koh city. Nezame said that an investigation has been launched to further probe the incident. No group has so far claimed responsibility.
