German media reported that an Afghan national accused of alleged links with Taleban was released by a court in Germany. Federal prosecutors said they had filed the indictment against the 20-year-old Afghan national, identified only as Abdol Moghadas S. in line with German privacy rules, at the Munich state court. Moghadas was soon released after the prosecutors did not find enough evidence against him. He was charged with membership in a terrorist organisation, murder and attempted murder, as well as violating weapons laws.
