Local officials in Badghis said that Taleban militants killed two civilians in Qads district. Zahir Bahand, spokesman for Badghis governor, told Killid that Taleban killed two civilians including Usman, head of village coherence council, in Qods-Qala-e-Naw highway. Bahand added that Taleban killed them allegedly for cooperation with government. Qads is a calm district in Badghis.
