20 Taleban Insurgents Killed, 9 Injured in Ghor

Local officials in Ghor province said that Taleban’s coordinated attacks on Pasaban district was repulsed by Afghan security forces. Brigadier Fakhruddin Jafari, Pasaban police district chief, told Killid that Taleban militants launched coordinated attacks on the district around 1:20 am today. He added that clashes lasted for hours resulted in killing of 20 Taleban insurgents and injuring of nine. Taleban militants are yet to comment on the incident.
