7 Taleban Insurgents Killed, 3 Injured in Maidan Wardak

Local officials in Maidan Wardak province said that at least 10 Taleban insurgents were killed or injured in Nerkh district. Naqeb Amini, spokesman for Maidan Wardak police, told Killid that seven Talban insurgents were killed and three injured in an Afghan airstrike. He added four Taleban insurgents were arrested. Amini further stated that there were no casualties among Afghan security forces. Taleban militants are yet to comment on the statement.
