A relatively strong explosion rocked Kabul PD 3rd this morning around 6:50 am, killing at least 24 people and injuring 42. The explosion happened close to home of Mohammad Mohaqiq, second deputy to Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah. Najib Danish, acting spokesman for Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoI), told Killid that the target of the attacker is yet to be determined but added that 24 people were killed and 42 injured. Danish added that three vehicles along with 15 residential houses were destroyed in the incident. Taleban claimed responsibility.
