Local officials in Parwan said that head of investigation department of Parwan police was killed yesterday. Abdul Samad Zalmai, head of investigation department of Parwan police, was killed in a magnetic mine explosion in PD 17th Kabul. Mohammad Zaman Mamozai, chief of Parwan police, said that a bodyguard of Zalmai was also injured. He added that the mine was planted in his vehicle. Mamozai added that an investigation has been launched to further probe the incident. No group has claimed responsibility yet.
