Security officials in Nangarhar said that four people including a judge were either killed or injured in a magnetic mine explosion placed in the judge’s car in Jalalabad, provincial capital of Nangarhar. Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal, spokesman for Nangarhar police, said that the incident happened around 9 am today when the mine placed in judge’s car went off. He added that the judge was killed and three others injured. Meanwhile officials at provincial health department said that three injured were transferred to the hospital, whom were in stable condition. No group has claimed responsibility.
