Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoI) announced that four Haqqani Network members including two prominent commanders were killed in an airstrike conducted in Argon district around 5:30 am today. A press release from MoI stated that the commanders identified as Abdul Aziz and Ghalchagi were the masterminds of Paktika suicide attack. Meanwhile MoI reported that 22 Taleban insurgents were killed and 14 injured in infighting in Zerok district of Paktika yesterday. Taleban militants are yet to comment on the incident.
