At least five policemen were killed and nine injured in militant’s attack on 303 Spinghar Police Corps. Asadullah Sherzad, commander of 303 Spinghar Police Corps, said that several attackers stormed the commandment around 6:30 am today. He added that one suicide attacker detonated his explosives at the entrance gate of the commandment and three other attackers started a clash with Afghan security forces. He further stated that five of the attackers were gunned down by Afghan security forces but two of them were still resisting in the area. Meanwhile sources said that five Afghan policemen were killed and some 30 including 10 military and 20 civilian were injured. Taleban militants claimed responsibility.
