Local officials in Ghazni reported that 11 civilian were either killed or injured in a part of the province. Aminullah Amarkhail, chief of Ghazni police, said there was a mine explosion in Band Aab district. He added that the incident happened last night when a passenger car hit a roadside mine in which three men and a woman were killed and seven others including children were injured. Amarkhail asserted that the mine was planted by Taleban. No group has claimed responsibility yet.
