Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said that a roadmap for peace has been prepared and whenever we reach an agreement, its implementation will closely be supervised by international organisations. He added that we want peace with Pakistan with honour and dignity. A press release from ARG (presidential palace) sated that Ghani held a consultative meeting with education officials and principals of Kabul schools. They urged Ghani to accelerate the peace process with armed anti-government groups. Ghani stressed the need for a national debate and consensus, saying his meetings with different groups of society were the beginning of discussions across the country.
