Maidan Wardak Police Commandment reported that head of primary court of Nerkh district was killed yesterday. Naqibullah Amini, spokesman for Maidan Wardak police, said that Prosecutor Mirwais was gunned down by unknown gunmen yesterday when he was on his way home from office. He added that an investigation has been launched and the perpetrators will soon be arrested and punished. No group has claimed responsibility. Meanwhile one Taleban fighter was killed and six injured in clashes with Afghan security forces in the province. Maidan Wardak police reported that there were no casualties among Afghan security forces.
