Hizb-e-Islami condemned yesterday’s suicide bombing at the funeral of Mohammad Alam Ezadyar’s son in Badam Bagh area of Kabul in which tens of people were either killed or injured. A statement from the party stated that Islam has taught its followers to avoid killing civilians and those who are not engaged in conflict. The statement added that such brutal acts are being done by those who want to create division and disunity among people. The statement urged Afghan citizens to unite and support the peace process. Meanwhile Ministry of Public Health announced that 20 people were killed and over 87 injured in yesterday’s suicide attack.
