Local officials in Jowzjan province said that 13 civilians were abducted in two incidents in the province. Mohammad Reza Ghafori, spokesman for the provincial governor, said that nine civilian, who were working in a poppy filed, were kidnapped by Taleban militants in a part of Aqcha district. Meanwhile, Aminullah, district governor of Qosh Tapa district, said that Daesh militants abducted three civilian from Dasht-e-Laili district. Zabiullah Mujahid, a so-called Taleban spokesman, denied the farmers were taken away by Taleban militants. Daesh have not commented on the incident yet.
