Explosion Rocks Kabul Neighbourhood

At least four people were killed or injured in an explosion in PD16th area of Kabul earlier this morning. Officials at Kabul Police Commandment said that the explosion was triggered by a magnetic bomb and targeted a vehicle carrying staff of water supply department. They said that at least two staff of the water supply department were killed and two others were injured. No group has claimed responsibility.
