Security officials in Nangarhar said that 21 Daesh militants were killed in Afghan security forces’ operation codenamed “Hamza” in Achin district last night. Brigadier Sheren Aqa Faqiri, spokesman for Selab 201 Crops, told Killid that 21 Daesh militants were killed and tens of others were injured in Shedel Bazar and Mamand Dara areas of the district. He added that there were no civilian or military casualties. Daesh militants have not commented on the incident yet.
