Massoud Dismissed Following a Presidential Decree

Ahmad Zia Massoud, president Ghani’s special envoy for reforms and good governance, was dismissed from his position following a presidential decree. Shah Hussain Murtazavi, acting spokesman for President Ghani, said that he was fired for incompetency.
