At least 13 Taleban insurgents were killed or injured in a clash with Afghan security forces in Shendand district of Herat. Abdul Ahad Walizada, spokesman for Herat police, said that the clash happened in parts of the district yesterday. He added that seven Taleban insurgents were killed and six others injured. Taleban militants have not commented on the incident yet.
