Local officials in Badghis province reported that Taleban insurgents were killed and injured in a clash with Afghan security forces last night. Zahir Bahand, spokesman for Badghis governor, told Killid that the clash happened last night in Dara Bom area of Qods district. Bahand added that four Taleban insurgents were killed and five others injured. Bahand further stated that two Afghan National Army soldiers were killed and two public protection soldiers were injured in the clash. Qods is a disturbed province of Badghis where armed anti-government groups are actively operating.
