Security officials in Nangarhar reported that Taleban attacked a police checkpoint in Behsod district last night. They said that the incident happened last night around 7:00 pm in parts of the district. A press release from Nangarhar governor’s office stated that four people including two policemen and two civilians were killed and a policeman was injured. He added that Taleban insurgents also suffered casualties in the cross fire but did not provide the exact number of casualties. Taleban militants have not commented on the incident yet.
