The National Directorate of Security (NDS) announced that Mawlawi Abdul Qayom also known as Shaheen Khurasani, a prominent Daesh commander who had masterminded the deadly suicide attack on a mass rally by Enlightenment Movement in Kabul was killed in Nangarhar.
