Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani addressed a security conference in Munich, Germany yesterday and stressed that there are 20 terrorist groups which threaten Afghanistan, region and world’s security. President Ghani added, “We are not fighting a civil war. It is a drug war, a war against terrorists, and an undeclared state-state war.” He said that as long as there is distinction between good and bad terrorism, we are all losers. President Ghani further described terrorism as a global threat which needs a decade-long commitment. He stressed that the social contract of the 21st century between states and citizens is the target of terrorism.
