Distribution of Temporary Licenses for Vendors in Kabul

Kabul Municipality announced to distribute temporary licenses for vendors in Kabul soon. Kabul vendors have repeatedly complained of harassment and lack of proper place for selling of their goods and have asked the government to address their problems. Kabul Municipality reported that the issue was discussed yesterday at the committee meeting for preparation of procedures for vendors chaired by Abdullah Habibzai, Kabul acting mayor. Kabul acting mayor added that the implementation of the procedure will prevent extortion, traffic jam, and throng in the city.
